AssignmentConception, design and implementation of a WSAD 4.0 and an WSAD V5 plugin for for the access to a Change Configuration Management tool at a large insurance company in Stuttgart. Conception, design and implementation of a reporting application with access to a Change Configuration Management tool based on IBM Application Server technology This included the development of a layer to transparently access a CCM Server and host modules via MQ. In implementing utility classes the jsp error handling was unified. With help of an intense coaching project members learned to use Java and OOP. Automated UI tests were created using test tools. Testing, definition and consulting regarding procedures for the development of applications in WebSphere Application Server environment. Especially the migration of WebSphere 3.5 to J2EE i.e. from VisualAge to IBM Application developer was defined in many aspects. Elaboration of an application documentation for the quality assurance of ebusiness applications. Testing and evaluation of the documentation by Frauenhofer Institut regarding its fitting to ISO-norms.
