Websphere Portal Architect


Has over 15 years’ experience in various senior technical and business analysis roles, largely based around IBM technologies such as WebSphere Portal on iSeries and xSeries. His experience covers industry sectors such as financial, distribution, and insurance incorporating several large and complex projects including a web based financial control system. Jon has also been responsible for the management of teams of permanent and contract staff while working in software development. Jon has for the past 7 years been a Senior Architect Consultant where his responsibilities include technical liaison with our partners and distributors, technical evaluation on all software both bought in and developed, security, and all aspects of quality control. Jon also has excellent communication skills and can readily interpret complex ideas and processes into language understandable to the non technical end user, and because of this often takes a training role in both internal and external education
